Our Programs
Wushu
Develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through the study of modern and traditional Wushu, more commonly known as Kung Fu. Students learn both standardized and traditional forms, a variety of traditional weapons, and the martial applications behind the movements, including striking, self-defense, and partner training.
Taekwon-Do
Build discipline, confidence, and practical self-defense skills through the structured curriculum of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF). Renowned for its dynamic kicking techniques, Taekwon-Do develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and character while teaching effective self-defense, patterns, and sparring skills.
Tai Chi
Improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being through the calming practice of Tai Chi (Taijiquan). This low-impact Chinese martial art combines gentle movements, breathing exercises, and mindful training to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support long-term health for students of all ages and fitness levels.
Kickboxing
Develop faster reflexes, greater endurance, and practical striking skills through our Kickboxing program. Drawing from Taekwon-Do and Chinese Sanda, students improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness through pad work, partner drills, conditioning exercises, and controlled sparring in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment.
