Tai Chi (Taijiquan) is a Chinese martial art characterized by slow, smooth, gentle movements. It’s classified as an “Internal style” due it’s emphasis on breathing and developing a strong structure. We follow the standardized routines, mainly based on Yang Family Tai Chi. We also teach traditional forms of Tai Chi and other styles in the “Internal” family such as Xingyiquan, Baguazhang, and Bajiquan.
